Novato Group's focus is the ongoing development of projects and the expansion of its investment portfolio.  We currently manage multiple investment properties across two continents with an active development pipeline. Our experience in commercial, retail and apartment complexes along with our key partners is the core to our success.  We have successfully turned around distressed assets, developed and constructed several projects while working with stakeholders, partners and our investors. 

In addition, our activities include participation in start up and growth companies and we continually analyse the market for new opportunities and investments.

Mitchelton, QLD AUStralia

Mitchelton Land Bank Project - A unique amalgamation of land on Samford Road that is close to the train station provides a future development opportunity that will potentially unlock value for investors. Novato is working to realise value through 2017 and 2018.

Peregian Springs Townhouse Development - With duplex approval and direct fairway frontage on the beautiful Peregian Springs Golf Course. Luxury living with prestigious schools, excellent sporting facilities and shops just around the corner.  

otsego, minnesota, mn, usa

Otsego Lots Development - In Otsego Minnesota two blocks of commercial land suitable for office or retail is being developed.  Novato is working with its partners to develop a suitable plan to extract value from this well placed area.

Verton Technologies Australia Pty Ltd (www.verton.com.au) is developing a unique system called the R-series to improve the safety and efficiency of crane operations.  Novato is working with Verton to position and assist the company to be the leader in crane operations.
